Payments are always upfront, if the value is too big then a negotiacion should be done to pay each part separated.

The Client must discuss any deadline expectations the Client has with the Artist before payment.

Clients will have the opportunity to ask for changes in the art piece, but only when this is at the sketch/flat colours stage, obs: the client musn't change his mind about the commission and ask for several changes.

If the Client wishes to cancel their commission after it was started they will not be issued a refund.

Communicatio between artist and client can be only by the ways listed in the contact form.

The Artist reserves the right to issue a refund and cancel a commission due to poor communication, rude or inappropriate behavior, and/or inability to communicate.

The Artist ensures the Client will receive email updates on commission when necessary. Clients are encouraged to check in when they feel it’s necessary for updates, or reminders.

The artist will not handle depiction of illegal activities, sexually explicit (x-rated) materials and hateful images. The Artist reserves the right to reject any commission for any reason.

The Artist have the right to display all commissioned work on any personal website, gallery, blog, or journal. If the commissioned work is a time-sensitive or special gift then this should be discussed during the conversation between client and artist.

The Artist retains ALL the rights to the artwork, including the right to make prints and merchandise. Rights can be negotiated for an added fee.

The Client may not make prints of the artwork, excepting single prints for personal use and display not to be resold or used commercially. The Client may not profit from the artwork. The Client may edit it only to be used in non-commercial digital format, but the Client cannot alter the artwork itself. The Client may also upload the artwork to their personal website or gallery, but credit is always required.

The Client must read, understand and agree to all the above terms before entering into an agreement with the Artist. By sending payment, the Client agrees to the above terms.

Os pagamentos são sempre antecipados, se o valor for muito grande então uma negociação deve ser feita para pagar cada peça separada.

O Cliente deve discutir qualquer expectativa de prazo que o Cliente tenha com o Artista antes do pagamento.

O Cliente terá a oportunidade de pedir mudanças na peça de arte, mas somente quando esta estiver na fase de esboço/cores planos, obs: o Cliente não deve mudar de ideia sobre a comissão e pedir várias mudanças.

Se o Cliente desejar cancelar sua comissão após o início da mesma, não será emitido um reembolso.

A comunicação entre artista e cliente só pode ser feita através das formas listadas no formulário de contato.

O Artista se reserva o direito de emitir um reembolso e cancelar uma comissão devido à má comunicação, comportamento rude ou inapropriado, e/ou incapacidade de comunicação,

O Artista garante que o Cliente receberá atualizações por e-mail sobre a comissão, quando necessário. Os clientes são encorajados a fazer o check-in quando acharem necessário para atualizações, ou lembretes.

O Artista não lidará com a representação de atividades ilegais, materiais sexualmente explícitos e imagens odiosas. O Artista se reserva o direito de rejeitar qualquer comissão por qualquer motivo.

O Artista tem o direito de exibir todos os trabalhos encomendados em qualquer site pessoal, galeria, blog, ou revista. Se o trabalho comissionado for um presente especial ou sensível ao tempo, isto deve ser discutido durante a conversa entre cliente e artista.

O Artista retém TODOS os direitos sobre a obra de arte, incluindo o direito de fazer impressões e mercadorias. Os direitos podem ser negociados por uma taxa adicional.

O Cliente não pode fazer impressões da obra de arte, exceto impressões únicas para uso pessoal e exposição para não serem revendidas ou usadas comercialmente. O Cliente não poderá lucrar com a obra de arte. O Cliente pode editá-la apenas para ser usada em formato digital não comercial, mas o Cliente não pode alterar a obra de arte em si. O Cliente também pode carregar a obra de arte em seu site pessoal ou galeria, mas o crédito é sempre requerido.

O Cliente deve ler, compreender e concordar com todos os termos acima antes de entrar em um acordo com o Artista. Ao enviar o pagamento, o Cliente concorda com os termos acima.
